In addition: I would highly recommend configuring a time zone within the default settings. Click on default settings -> Type in "time_zone" -> click on the check box and copy it to your specified domain -> click on advanced -> domains -> choose your domain and set the time zone UTC accordingly...

May I ask what phone model you use to dial these feature codes? Is it a grandstream phone?

Sometimes when I add a new domain - they for some reason, do not have the default *97 or park dial plan feature. Are you certain that within the *97 feature code - under "Context" - there is one specifically for the tenant you are talking about?

Maybe it goes back to zero because your agent has logged out? so the system does not have a need to keep the missed call count visible?

I have never had this issue before but, when you remove the pin completely and flush cache, reload ACL and XML - does it still ask for a pin?

It could be because the "8800" is numerical? try changing it to something like "eight" or "eightzero" and see if that works.
