If they are correct leave them. But you will need port 443 to point to your FusionPBX before you run it, I don't thin you need 80.

BTW, make sure you have already setup the subdomains in FusionPBX. Advanced - Domains - Add. Cert has to match the domain name and subdomains. I create a host pbx like host.pbx.com then each tenant, i.e. big.pbx.com little.pbx.com brown.pbx.com fox.pbx.com. Each time I add a new domain I edit...
If you DNS is responding to all your subdomains in your domain.txt file then run it. If your DNS is not responding to any one of them then it will fail. Fix DNS and or remove the failed subdomain.
If you using Dehydrate
Run the command for your first cert using your Host Domain,
cd /usr/src/fusionpbx-install.sh/debian/resources/
./letsencrypt.sh
Once complete edit the domains.txt file, add all other domain names to be included in the SAN. Separate each domain by a space.

On Debian 11 after running apt-get dist-upgrade TLS is no longer supported for for older phones. Moved my test server to Debain 11 with out dist-upgrade and no issues. Was testing with Fusionpbx 5.0.4
I found my issue and fixed two of my 5.0.4 servers. And Why I didn't start here?
