you mean to say like this <load module="mod_verto"/> at the end of the page ?

This part is made me confuse edit /etc/freeswitch/autoload_configs/modules.conf.xml and add mod_verto on it and restart freeswitch and try making video calls. can you write the line so i copy and paste in modules.con.xml

That is already set on both internal or external I already Tried everything with dns pointing to fusionpbx or without dns but having same issue.
