    For the sake of troubleshooting create an IVR and allow direct dialing. Set your inbound route to that IVR and try dialing an extension. Also, make sure your inbound route goes to the extension and not the extensions voicemail. The extensions voicemail will have a little envelope next to it.

    Make sure your phones are connected to the PBX and on the network. Can you call out with an extension that goes straight to voicemail? Sidenote: Consider redacting your IP address when posting on a public forum.

    This is what worked for me. "Advanced" -> "Upgrade". Now check "App Defaults" and "Permissions Defaults" and press "Execute". After doing this I was able to see everything again. If you go to "https://yourdomain.tld/app/voicemails/voicemails.php". Can you view the voicemail page?

    I'm fairly sure this is not the case being that this issue only appeared after upgrading. The caller will never get a ring on their end, just some silence then straight to voicemail.
