    Issue: I uploaded a .wav file into a recordings, and played back crystal clear sound. However, when I chose the same file for the IVR greeting message, the audio quality was terrible, with cracking sounds and low volume. Are there any settings I need to adjust in the IVR?

    You can simply create an ring group(ring all) ext#101 to 103 and able to transfer. when you have more then one registrations with a one ext# on multiple phones, it can cause issues.

    looks like i solved my issue for inbound..... you just need to add # between {$max_calls} # !USER BUSY For outbound i tired using hash outbound ${domain_uuid} ${max_calls} 1 !user_BUSY But i was able to make more then 1 call, anyone have any idea how to make this work for outbound?

    Is it possible to limit the number of incoming and outgoing calls per domain?. i have tired using the call limit dial plan but cant seem to get it to work. Below is my setting for call limit, i was still able to make more then 2 calls (inbound) IVR answered.
