Does it work with other softphones like Microsip?

How are you trying to connect? if you are on the LAN, can you connect to the PBX LAN IP, and does it work then? First start with making it work on LAN, if that works you can take the next step to get it working over WAN :) Could be a hairpin NAT issue.

Unfortunatly, We are just in the process of testing Groundwire, and i can't get it to work :( Ive send all the logs to groundwire (they are very quick in responding) and they say i have to investigate on the PBX side. Do you have any experience with Groundwire?

i managed to figure it out :) I have to do everything through the diaplan > destinations, then afterwards i have to edit the inbound rule, destination_number i must set to the username of the sip trunk. Next step, IVR menus!

My gawd.. i got it working! I asked my provider to put their stupid ass router into bridge mode. Now everything works with our own firewall :)

I managed to get phusionpbx working. I can register a softphone, i can even call another extention. But when i pick up the phone i get no audio. i checked several forum posts, i removed -nonat from the deamon opts, etc etc. tcpdump says this...
