Making slow and steady progress on our new PBX install with our native SIP provider (no auth). Ran into a snag after configuring the ACL. No gateway defined under gateways, only under ACL.

It seems like it starts moving through the dial plan then fails. Getting a busy signal when dialing in. IPs, DNS, and names have been changed in the pastebin but should be consistent.
