Heyho,

I'm new in FreeSwitch/FusionPBX, but I spent the whole weekend to get into it. So far I've setup a working Callcenter with some agents in it. External calls will be routed via a time condition to this callcenter queue.
In some cases I wan't to switch to another time condition by just clicking on a function key on my snom d375. Therefore I've to reroute to another time condition (for example).
How to do that? Is there some kind of key sequence I can type in to reroute do another extension?
Sorry for my bad english :)
Thanks in advance

The way FreeSWITCH works of realtime evaluation. There is no variable persistence of you are using only dialplans.

You can do this by using Lua scripts. Code one script that records a variable status, maybe memcached if the easiest way to do so. Another script that transfers depending that value.

Contact me privately if you need support on this

Thanks for your answer.
I solved it with call flows. By dialing *EXT the callflow will change.
Thats the way I can handle 2 different scenarios.
