destination is showing as encrypted in fusionpbx incoming calls for ivr and ring group

I have created a ivr and ring group to map my destination number for the incoming calls. but when a call comes to IVR and lands to extension the destination extension is showing in encrypted format "76qf9773" , this issue is facing for webphone.
