I know this has been and on and off discussion for years but asking in case things changed.
DND feature sync is working from my Polycom VVX phones to the server.. I am able to use the DND button on the phone, and see that DND is enabled on the follow me page and vice versa, as well as the feature codes.
I have BLFs using automata and for BLFs work fine. If DND is enabled from the phone either via the DND button, or the feature code the blf does not show the status. If I enable it via the Follow Me page, it correctly changes the status to DND on the extension, AND properly lights the BLF in RED but ONLY if enabled via the follow me page.
I will add that if you enable it on the server, and then disable it on the phone, the DND disables, but the BLF does not.
Any ideas?
The lines in autoconfigs lua.conf.xml are enabled.
