Fanvil Video Doorman without video

Dear, I hope you are all well.

I have a Fanvil i64 video intercom registered in fusionpbx, which makes video calls without problems when the remote end (linphone mobile application) is connected via Wi-Fi, the video call works perfectly. But when the smartphone is on 4G or 5G networks, the video does not reach the mobile application.

Everyone might think that it is the mobile network, but when I do this same test, from a desktop application, from the same Fanvil network, with the smartphone on a 4G or 5G network, the video is received correctly in the application.

Voice calls work without problems. It only happens with video when the smartphone is with a mobile network (not Wi-Fi).

Has anyone experienced this limitation with Fanvil video intercoms?

In advance any guide is welcome.

Dear, just to provide feedback, the problem happened with the firmware of the video intercom. Updated the firmware and the incident was overcome.
