I am trying to get a SIP trunk running from Fusion PBX/FreeSwitch to a Switchvox system.
I have FusionPBX/FreeSwitch running on Debian 8 Jessie running on VMWare.
There is no dial-plan or incoming/outgoing routes configured yet.
I am having difficulty setting up the Gateway in Fusion PBX. The settings are:
Account >Gateway
Gateway: Connection Name
Username: Username defined in the SIP trunk config on Switchvox
Password: Password defined in the SIP trunk config on Switchvox
From User: Username defined in the SIP trunk config on Switchvox
From Domain : Blank
Proxy: IP Address of the Switchvox system
Realm: Blank
Expire Seconds: 800
Register: False ( As I am getting Switchvox to register to this system, Switchvox trunk config makes it register to the PROVIDER)
ADVANCED> Auth Username :Username defined in the SIP trunk config on Switchvox
Extension: Blank
Register Transport: Blank
Register Proxy: Blank
Ourbound Proxy: Blank
Caller ID in From: Blank
Supress CNG: Blank
Sip CID Type: Blank

Domain: IP Of the virtual machine(Internal 192.168.x.x)

You must define a domain called 'FreeSwitchIP' in your directory and add a user with the id="fusion" attribute
and you must configure your device to use the proper domain in it's authentication credentials.

I am sure the Trunk/Gateway settings are not setup correctly, I cant get the Freeswitch system to register to another system or get another system to register to Freeswitch.
