FusionPBX on Debian - Unable to login to Web UI to finish installation

Hi all,

I am very very new to this so be gentle if I make some obvious mistakes.

I have installed FusionPBX on Debian in a Windows Hyper-v environment.
I am using Debian 8.8 and installing the latest FusionPBX version.

I have followed the instructions here: http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/2454187#r48289170
and installed FusionPBX.

When I get to the part where I login to the Web UI to complete the installation, I get a blank screen, as in the attached picture.

I have tried this through Chrome, Firefox and IE, from several PCs, and get exactly the same thing.
I have also repeated the installation on a completely different network using different environment and I get the same.

Is there anything I'm missing?
