Just a quick note to introduce myself. I'm Steve and i'm totally new to world of Freepbx and Fusionpbx. I've worked mainly with Microsoft and Cisco telephony platforms and am a complete newbie to the world of Opensource. I've done a bit of Asterisk and then discovered Freeswitch and Fusionpbx. Blow away by the possibilities of the platform, but i'm finding getting information on best practice and setup challenging, so I'd thought i'd join this forum.
