I have SCA/SLA working on Yealink T48S EXCEPT the ability to join a call by pressing the SCA/SLA button does not work - it simply gives dialtone.
using Yealink Web GUI, under Account > Advanced
Under Shared Line, Shared Call Appearance is selected (the other options are Disabled or Draft BLA)
It then displays a box for "Call Pull Feature Access Code" - what do I put here (if anything)?
There are three more boxes:
Dialog Info Call Pickup
BLA Number
BLA Subscription Period
Do those need anything for SCA to work properly?
