ZOIPER 5 for android or iphone cel

Good morning all, I am in need of a very quick answer as my client require 20 temporary registration with zoiper for cell phones, both Iphone and android. I thought this would be a no brainer, but alas proved wrong again

What I am doing is creating an account in Zoiper, when it asks for a domain I put my server address, for username, I put the extension in extension, for password, I put the fusion generated password. I have tried with or without optional authentication, but I am getting a 408 error code from Zoiper.

Help would be appreciated, I am on a strict time limit, as customer goes live on Monday

i have many Zoiper phone set up

Host = abc.domain.com
user name = 101 (the ext. number)
Password = password
authentication user = 101 (the ext. number)

if you can post your log file maybe we can give you more input

also try to check fail2ban is the issue

Thx for the answer, let me make it more clear. We have a hosted session on AWS, and a mikrotik VPN back to AWS, which we used the session "number" 172.xx.x.xx as our domain name. for all intents and purposes this is an internal address where all 130 Yealink phones are picking up the credentials from.Can I create a second domain name, abc.company.com and have the ZOIPER devices able to interact in both domains,
