Hi everyone. I have a grandstream phone and I cannot get incoming calls to work. I don't know where to look. The phones are registered and I can make outbound calls.
Please let me know what I should check or where I should look to fix this or find the issue.

sngrep from server cli will show you the SIP messages. (or lack of) Grandstream phones also have a packet capture option in the phone GUI.

More info would help.
Where is server? Local network or "Cloud"?
Are other phones on system working?
Are other phones at same location as problematic phone working?
Can phones call extension to extension?
Is inbound route correct?
Does inbound work if set to an IVR or conference room etc (a destination on the server)?

I did sngrep from the server cli. I don't see anything hitting the grandstream phones.

Phones are on a lan.
There is another phone system gigaset phone system that can make and receive calls.
My sip phone on my cell phone that is connected to wifi works.
I can make outbound calls.

Grandstream can call to other extensions
I'll look at the inbound route.
Thank you

I think it was the incoming routes. They were not set correctly. I was able to set it in the dialplan. Thank you
