Hi.

Yes, I have assigned the menus.

For example, I have assigned the same menus as the administrator account.

I found some things:
1. When copying a profile (admin -> admin2), the table "v_group_permissions" does not change the value of "group_name" from admin to admin2
2. After changing the values manually in the table. From the web "group permissions" I can change the values of "Account Settings" but I cannot do it with the "User Manager"

The above when copying a profile, now document create a new one

Thanks

Groups were not designed to change the name. If you want a new name create a new group.

@markjcrane it's ok

Only with the copy button this is possible.
When copying it should allow assigning a new name, but it does not, assign it.
Try changing and modifying in database to understand the problem. Although it's not the way

When creating a new profile "other2", I can only assign permissions up to "Email Templates"

For all others it does not save the changes

Well, I have the same issue and in my case the solution was found looking at /var/log/nginx/error.log
===
[error] 32350#32350: *41141 FastCGI sent in stderr: "PHP message: PHP Warning: Unknown: Input variables exceeded 1000. To increase the limit change max_input_vars in php.ini. in Unknown on line 0" while reading response header from upstream, client:
===

The number of variables exceed the default limit in php.ini, so just increase to 3000 and dont forget to restart php-fpm service to apply.

It's done.
