Voicemail issues

I am having a heck of a time with voicemails and voicemail to email.

1. I cannot get voicemail to answer. Even though there is no device registered, i get false answer supervision when i call with continued ringing, and the voicemail never works. I have tried a few scenarios, always having voicemail enabled. On the inbound destination, i added a second action, being voicemail, but no difference.
2. I also tried to do an email test, both from the main instance and a domain pbx and i get an nginx timeout in doing so.

Obviously, i am doing a few things wrong but i always scour the docs and search online before posting here.

I am also looking for direction to determine joining the fusionpbx membership as the documentation seems to be lacking, and was wondering if anyone found they could move forward in that scenario as i am spending way too much time on this with very little headway.

i was able to solve the first issue but the second one is still there.

Anyone else able to get the email test working?
