I made changes week before last, correcting an issue with multiple domains.

I logged in last week to check a setting, but changed nothing.

This morning, i cannot login. I followed the documention password reset and it seems to work just fine, however I can't login with the new username and password now.

Any ideas? Is there a log I can check?
postgre is running
nginx is running
freeswitch is running.

I did try a restart. Nothing has helped.

It finally worked, but I had to NOT specify a domain and let it create the standard IP domain (it's an internal IP).

So what could happen with fusionpbx, that accounts associated with a domain cannot login?

the issue is that users are tied to domains. If you hit your PBX gui with an IP but the domain name using that IP exists, it expects that user has an account with that domain. Think email login to a multi hosted environment.

user admin has a domain set of pbx.contoso.com
user technician has a domain set of 192.168.1.10

If you goto https://pbx.contoso.com and try to login with just the username technician, it will fail. You would need to login with the username of: technician@192.168.1.10 and then it would work. The opposite if you try to load the gui as http://192.168.1.10 and login with admin you would need to use admin@pbx.contoso.com

Hope this helps someone in the future.

I can not login too.

I have a user test to Domain 010test.pbxxyz.com

At the past I was able to use https://010test.pbxxyz.com with username test with not issue.

Now I can not login even if I reset the password of user test.

Can you advise please ??

it depends on the domain you assigned to your user. If your user is assigned to the default domain (the IP of the server) you would login with test@192.168.1.10 (insert your own IP) if you're going to the interface using the 010test.pbxxyz.com url. If your user is defined to the URL you would need to use test@010test.pbxxyz.com

I didn't pay attention to this when I created my users but discovered it reading the docs.
