Problem to record extensions

Hi all , i´m newbie with this software and i have configure one fusionpbx with 4 extensions working , all extensions have configure record all, but i dont see any wav recorded and show zero in apps/call recording , i had tested to use the action record_session but i dont know where & how i could do that, i set into the dial plan manager but something i am doing wrong because i dont see anything in the logs about the call was recorded , could someone help me pls? thanks in advance.
