Totally off topic but just curious.
I'm M5ADI. Had it since about 2000, it was a UK class B, we did the 5wpm morse. I later got auto upgraded to a class A and was offered a class A callsign but I chose to retain the old one as I figured more people may want to talk as it was rarer. Most of my...
We have a request to email a call recording upon call completion to the person who was on the call.
Does anyone have any idea how to best determine that user?
I'm thinking of setting a variable when the call is answered perhaps, I'm not really sure, there doesn't seem to be a consistent value...
Is anyone familiar with Snom 821 phones and BLF in particular?
I see I have managed to provision BLFs to the phones but they do not seem to be listed as for example with a Yealink, the display does not indicate anything unless I press and hold the P1 button for example. Is this normal behaviour?
I'm trying to use the event socket to determine whether and extension is engaged.
Has anyone already skinned this cat?
I don't really want to query I want to take an event and stick it somewhere. At the moment the best bet seems to take any PRESENCE_IN event and then update using that.
In answer to a question from @cogs66:

There was a question today on IRC:
Here's a quick and dirty answer:
sudo -u postgres psql -d fusionpbx -c "\copy (select destination_number from v_destinations) to '/tmp/didnumbers.csv' with csv";
To export just a particular domains did numbers:
sudo -u postgres psql -d fusionpbx -c...
This is no replacement for upgrading to the latest FusionPBX but I'm going to try and get this working on all my servers.
I'm just sharing a script I have been playing with that I believe is a great security enhancement.
Currently, only use this on a test box or if you are confident with...
I was asked by LayLow on IRC yesterday whether Zammad could be integrated with FusionPBX.
I had a couple of hours to spare so I had a play, here's the results:
The three files attached need to be dropped into the /usr/share/freeswitch/scripts directory. You need to edit them and put in your...
