    Distinctive ring on destination that is just an extension

    I can't seem to get a call directed directly to an extension, rather than a ring group to have a distinctive ring. If I direct a call to a ring group - I can set the option for a distinctive ring, and that works perfectly, but when I set a destination as a single extension, I cant find anywhere...

    No Call record details

    Hi all, I cleared down some call recordings a while ago, I followed a post on a forum, I can't remember which, but now the call recordings show up but with no date or description. Trying to delete them says successful, but the recordings are still present. Also the CDR details are now blank...

    When I put the caller ID in the from user box in the gateway - I see the number displayed on my mobile when I ring it, when I don't put it in there I see anonymous….I'm using GAMMA as my SP

    Hi Daz, When I put the outgoing caller ID in the gateway it works fine - but when I take it out of the gateway and out in the dialplan (outbound routes) I get anonymous - do you have any idea what I might have done wrong please?
