Group of time conditions - multiple numbers

Hi, I'm not sure why are you using the Dial Plan Manager or Inbound Routes or even putting a dial string in Time Conditions. You are also using Time Condition extension as Ring Group. It also appears you have a logic of extension as numbers. Based on the screenshot, you are using same...

Debian 11 and 12 install script broken?

Hi, I installed one just few days ago, so it was working. Are you installing it with GUI or minimal? Install Debian 12 minimal without GUI and with SSH Server and basic tools. Last two options should be checked and nothing else. If you are using it as multi-tenant, then edit the config.sh cd...

New Install / inbound hitting PBX but not extension

Hi, First of, FusionPBX/FreeSwitch are E.164 compliant. FreeSwitch is part of SignalWire, so I have no clue why would anyone in their right mind from SignalWire tell you that. The 850 error indicates that the called party cannot be reached because, although the called party number is in a...

    valet_park_auto

Hi, Even if you use auto park, your MPK should match order of Monitored Call Park - park+*5901, park+*5902 and so on. It is better if you just let them answer the call from RG and place them on park. I have several dozens of medical offices and pizza places, that is what they all do. They just...

    Voicemail Transcription

Hi, On the latest FusionPBX - master 5.3.1; stable 5.2.4 you can use OpenAI STT/TTS, IBM Watson and Google STT. You also have to be member as it does not appear in the OpenSource version as far as I can tell. I tested it and it works really well. Search the forum, you might find it as...

    gateway failed to register

Hi, Did you add all IP's of your SIP Provider into the Access Controls? Advanced -> Access Controls -> providers -> add IP(s). Check with your Provider to see which IP's they use, SIP, Media, SMS, etc. Once added click on reload. Login to you server and check if any of the added IP's are banned...

Ringback not working, Choppy voice, and Cannot hear callers

Hi, Did you use fail2ban and ignore IP or you manually added to iptables? You have different chains. ACL usually knocks on nginx-404 or fusionpbx-404. I'd recommend not to play to much with iptables, but if you managed to make it work, alright. I have several servers and never had that problem...

call tranfers from extensions using *99 or 99, calls just drops.

Hi, *99 is: "send call directly to Voicemail", which is system default. Create an extension 99 and set call forwarding always on it.

    Voicemail to Email

Hi, The intent of Download link is to download one file. It does not require login, therefore allowing full visibility would be security risk. Select Listen Link and let them login. At this point they should be able to go "back" and see others.

Ringback not working, Choppy voice, and Cannot hear callers

Hi, It is always good to provide FusionPBX, FS, PHP versions. In any case, the ringback can be resolved by clearing cache and rescanning SIP Profiles. This happens every time services restarted or server rebooted. So, try with the service restart of nginx, php-fpm, postgres, freeswitch then...

    Inter Tenant Call 26 Tenant

Hi, You will need 25 cross-tenant dialplans set on each tenant/domain. If they are coming from Nortel and use, for example, 221 for reception on each location then you will need to to: 1. Let them dial a DID and use IVR to dial extensions. 2. Create dial prefix for each tenant 1-26. 3. Create...

    Active call stuck

Hi, Based on information provided, you can either run a script that is provided from FusionPBX Membership or restart FS. These stuck call can also result in BLF showing extension in use when obviously it is not. This was known problem on FS 1.10.10. You can use Match 200 OK on the phones or...

    valet_park_auto

Hi, Valet park works perfectly fine on Grandstream Phones. I have GXP and GRP phones using it as well as GHP as Speed Dial. It works as BLF on the Phones. As for dialplan to make second call, depends are you using Ring Group or goes directly to one phone? You can set on Call Forwarding Busy as...

Add a user to more than one domain

Hi, Is the user for all domains or specific domains. If for all, just change domain to Global. There used to be a Reseller app for FusionPBX members, but I haven't seen it lately. This allowed to assign a user to selected domains. I'll be asking them about this as it was useful.

    Voip.ms setup help

Hi, Remove the realm. In Advanced do this: In Caller ID from set to True. Supress CNG to False. SIP CID type put rpid. Set as Global Trunk if used for multi-domains. Add one more Toronto server as failover. Add IP'S in Provider ACL then reload. Go to SIP Status, flush the cache, reload ACL.

Inbound calls to IVR gets routed outside.

Hi, Better way to do this is; In Destinations click add. Change from drop-down menu from Inbound to Outbound. Add a DID from your SIP Provider. In IVR go to Exit actions and add that Destination there. You can lower from 3000 millisecond to 1000 milliseconds so it dials the exit route faster.

Fusion update broke GXP2130 provision BLF

Although Mark is right about using P-value XML format, GXP, GRP, WP and HT use P-values. The GHP and GXV can use both. Not sure why the decision was made to switch when the Grandstream as vendor states P-values. In any case, you can use GDMS for provisioning. The templates lack a bunch of...

How Install a stable FusionPBX version

As mentioned, FreeSwitch added the necessity of Signalwire PAT token. So you need to create your username there, generate PAT then add in the switch_token= I also edit /switch/repo.sh and add my username there instead of signalwire. If installing on Debian 11 you need to reboot after install...

How Install a stable FusionPBX version

Hi, If you mean 4.5 or 4.4? I highly doubt you'll be able to. Not sure the reason, but I'd avoid doing so. After completed install you need to restart the server. I believe in /usr/src/fusionpbx-install.sh/debian/resources/config.sh you could change system_branch but ... If you have problems...
