    Inbound call to ring an extension, bypassing IVR

    Hi all, How do I set up Fusion to send an incoming call directly to an extension? For an example, a home phone that doesn't need an IVR. In the Inbound Routes, I set it to transfer to extension 104, but 104 only rings once and hangs up. TIA, Scott

    D785 - callparking and provisioning buttons

    Just got a D785 and can provision it thru FPBX, but can't seem to get the 7xx template to provision line buttons. Also, in the web interface of the phone, setting a line button to park+orbit does not seem to work. Anyone have experience with this? TIA

    SOLVED Backup entries missing in Advanced / Backup

    I have just installed on Debian 8.7.1 and am missing the source paths in Advanced / Backup. I checked in Advanced / Default Settings and Backup is not referenced there either. How can I fix this? Thanks, Scott

    XMPP missing from Advanced / Modules

    I have a new FusionPBX install on Debian 8.7.1. I installed XMPP according to the instructions on pg 37 of the latest manual. I can configure it in Accounts / XMPP Manager, but there is no entry for it in in Advanced / Modules. How can I fix this? Thanks, Scott
