    Call center and going on hold

    Hi folks...we had an interesting thing show up. We had an agent put a call on hold and then the agent I think went off shift or something stupid. I am hearing this way after the fact.     TLS 1.0?

    It seems Fusion/freeswitch is still using TLS 1.0 as with the new firmware 1.0.11.16 there are new options: The default is Minimum TLS is TLS 1.1. Can this be fixed? This affects provisioning as well besides SIP connections. Thanks leon

    operator panel issues
