Hi All

We are losing all calls from our providor at 7mins 29 seconds.

In SNGREP and the CDR we have the message

Reason: Q.850;cause=96;text="MANDATORY_IE_MISSING"

Any pointers would be amazing.

Kind Regards

Andy

@DigitalDaz
This is the same BT providor - Im still waiting on them sorting out the outbound but this issue started occuring Monday. We cant see an examples before then.

I captured a trace exactly around the time it went down. I just traced external profile. Is there anyway to set the trace against the gateway.

sofia profile external siptrace on

Here looks to be the reason:

018-06-08 10:49:14.540960 [ERR] sofia_reg.c:2616 Cannot locate any authentication credentials to complete an authentication request for realm '"jdevo.com"'
2018-06-08 10:49:14.540960 [NOTICE] sofia_reg.c:2639 Hangup sofia/external/07946822853@jdevo.com [CS_EXECUTE] [MANDATORY_IE_MISSING]

So my guess is there is some sort of reinvite caused by the session timers being enabled:

I would check the gateway config though I do not understand why the call would even initiate.

Its implying there is no username/password in the gateway.

Thanks for this, I put the dmoain into "realm" and this fixed it :)

Still haveing issues with sending outbound. - Latest update from providor was they think SIP ALG is on the network the PBX resides but its in AWS with a public facing IP so i cant think its that.
