Automatic Transfer After Call is Terminated

Hi,

We are using FusionPBX as a CallCenter. We want to do survey after call is terminated by agent. So we want the call be automatically transfered to an IVR extension after it is hanged up by agent.

How can I implement such survey?

If you cannot work it out after being given the above info then I suggest you save everyone a lot of pain and pay someone to do it who can.
