Hello, we've been doing Cisco Contact centers over the last 15 years, primarily in Africa (Morocco, Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria, Southafrica) and South Asia (India, Pakistan). Since two years we've started building a Cloud Contact center offering using FusionPBX, Freeswitch, OpenSIPS, Janus and the like. We're currently carrying over all products that we have developed over the years for Cisco to the FusionPBX/ Freeswitch world. These are CRM connectors (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Siebel/ Sales Cloud), but also a live chat framework that can connect you to any chatbot and chat channel (SMS, Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp,...).
