Call center queue restart

Hello Everyone

Hope you all are well and safe.

I am using fusion 4.4.4 with FS 10.1. When ever we restart the call center Queue it effects all other queue as well. Does it a default behaviour? Can we change it accordingly to domain wise / queue wise? Basically I don't want to effect other queue.

The command is
callcenter_config queue reload [queue_name]

Any help?

I am expecting the same problem on FW 1.10.1. It also affects queues and logout agents from every domain.

To workaround that bug I keep the state of Available agents and re-login all after the restart.

Anyone had found a fix on FW? Is this bug present on the latest FW version?
