Call Details Record - unable to see the Play or Download button on some of the recorded records

Hello All

we have fusionpbx version 4.4.8 with freeswitch version 1.8.7 installed on Debian 9.6
I have a strange issue with our CDR records
A few CDR records does not show the "Play / Download" icon on recorded calls although the call was recorded and looking on the specific CDR details we can see it's MP3 recorded file

attached please find an example for such call record

Your example looks like an outgoing phone call where the caller hung up within 3 seconds of the call being placed and the call was ultimately never answered. There wouldn't be a recording saved for a call where the caller hung up before it was answered.

Thank you for the answer
Well I have several other examples with calls over 15 min that the call has been definitely answered and the recording exists in the storage but for some reason the CDR doesn’t show play/download buttons
Any idea what might be the problem?
Btw also the short example I gave the call was actually answered for 4 sec and the call has been recorded as it should but the play/download icons are missing from the CDR record

Hi @DigitalDaz , any chance you might experienced something like that?
