CDR write error

CDR is not being written and I get this in the CLI at the end of a call

Nginx crashed?

Not sure you would see a 404 if Nginx had crashed, do you have anything written to the nginx log?

Check the permissions on /var/www/fusionpbx/app/xml_cdr/v_xml_cdr_import.php, in fact check it exists!
