I’m testing click to call and I have the following issues:
- no matter which number I set for the destination caller ID, they will always see the caller ID of the source, if the source was an ext, the ext caller ID will show up, if the source was a outside number, the outside number will show up, Am I missing some settings?
- When I set the source as an ext that has follow me enabled, the follow me will not be respected, it will just ring on the device, if it’s forwarded, the forwarding will be respected.
- Is it possible to set call recording based on the call recording setting of the extension that’s selected as source?
