HI all,

I am new to FusionPBX, but have been using SIP PBXs for about 10 years now.

I have just installed FusionPBX on a little Raspberry Pi for home use and to play around with the config. I have been trying to setup a Yealink T42s to work with the PBX but I have not been able to get it to register for the last few days. I thought I would try a softphone to see if that would connect, so downloaded Zoiper and through its starting setup it connect to Fusion via TCP SIP, but didnt failed on the option for UDP, which I thought was odd. As soon as I changed the Yealink to use TCP it registered. Is there something I have missed that has setup the PBX to listen for UDP 5060?

Thanks

Andy

Not in FusionPBX, out of the box it should allow for UDP SIP.

Perhaps you have a conflict with another program? Might have to do some troubleshooting with tools like: 'ss' and 'sngrep'. Might even be an iptables rule.
