Hi Guys,
Wondering if anyone could offer some assistance. I have a client that has FusionPBX installed and asked me to configure a bunch of features for them. I come from a cisco background so was a little lost but managed to find my feet.
The one outstanding issue was a request to have access to one of the call flows remotely. I have setup a DISA number and am able to connect. I get a prompt to enter PIN and then a second prompt to enter destination number. Problem is I can't enter the feature code as the destination number - the call just drops.
Is there a way to get the disa.lua script to offer dial-tone - so that I can enter the feature code - instead of just prompting me to enter a destination number and performing a transfer?
Regards,
Cain
