Hi all.

I am using one word domains for different tenants and with Yealink phones, I haven't yet encountered a problem. But I can't get to register any of the softphones. Neither manually, nor with QR codes from the Fusion interface. (QR codes tend to try registering with tenant's domain as if it is the SIP host, which is not.)

I was able to register softphones while I was testing a local instance with no particular domain. (Only one domain was available, which was the one automatically created during setup and which was the instance's local IP.)

I don't know if it has anything to do with it but after a new installation for a production purpose with this domain configuration, I can't register softphones. Their request headers are different from the Yealink's: https://www.pbxforums.com/threads/register-packet-difference-between-clients.6707/

And I don't know if it has anything to do why I can't make outbound calls, while I was able to with the local test instance: https://www.pbxforums.com/threads/cant-make-outbound-calls.6708/

Is it ok to use one word domains which are not TLDs, FQDNs or anything similar? I am using a subdomain of a TLD to serve Fusion Web GUI like pbx.example.com (and which is I am using as SIP host for Yealink phones) but the domains I create for tenants of course has nothing to do with it. I don't even know if there are any other approaches possible.

Am I missing something here? Any ideas please :(
