SOLVED DTMF Settings in SIP Profiles

Hi,

I have an issue with a provider where the DTMF is coming sometimes but other times it doesn't (usually from mobile phones). How is DTMF setup properly in the SIP Profile, what are the various options?

If it is sporadic, its more likely to be an upstream carrier that uses multiple carriers themselves. I would chase them first.

It's not sporadic. It's always for certain callers (usually android phones, but not sure it has anything to do with that).
