Grandstream IP Phone GXP285 does not receive internal and external calls.

good morning I have a problem in particular is that the grandstream phone model gxp285 does not receive both internal and external calls, shows as disconnected calls when picking up the receiver to answer, that happens between phone calls ip to ip phone of the same model and different models, and calls from softphone and even from cell phone calls to the telephone extension where the extension is configured in the grandstrem phone model gxp285 also disconnects the call when lifting handset.

I have already done tests, I have reviewed the log, I have seen records as:

That particular phone is almost 10 years old, and there hasn't been a firmware update in 7-8 years. If it doesn't work 'out of the box' it probably isn't going to.
