GXP 2170 uses different dialplan while transferring?

Hello, I have a GXP2170 that I’m trying to setup monitored call parking slots via the Virtual Multi-Purpose Keys, but when I am in a call I get an error saying that the key doesn’t match the dialplan. If I am not in a call it works perfectly and I am able to put myself in park with the push of 1 button.
Has anyone run into this before?

I do have the \p\a\r\k+*x+ in the dialplan already.

Just for everyone's future reference, I upgraded from firmware 1.0.8.xx to 1.0.9.69 and that seems to have fixed the issue. According to Grandstream documentation, they revamped the dialplan functionality. (http://firmware.grandstream.com/Release_Note_GXP21xxColor_1.0.9.69.pdf)
