How to stop incoming call from interrupting while dialing

Hi,

I think this is more of a Grandstream question and not FusionPBX. I am not sure if other brands do the same thing. But if a user is dialing on the phone when a call comes in, it kicks the out of the dialing they are in for the caller-ID display to come on while ringing. Does anyone know if there is a way to allow the user to stay dialing and then they can just press the line key if they want to answer instead? Primarily using GXP2130 Phones.

Try disabling Call Waiting, but then you may only get one call to your extension at a time.
On the phone:
Settings -> Call Features -> Disable Call Waiting = Yes

Also:
# Disable Call Waiting. 0 - No, 1 - Yes. Default is 0
# Number: 0, 1
# Mandatory
P91 = 0 <--- Change this to 1
