Inbound calling help - Can't get calls to ring

I have managed to get the system setup and have two trunks registered and a soft-phone extension; and I am able to make outbound calls fine, but I can't figure what I am doing wrong for inbound.
The call hits the system, but doesn't route to the extension - the error says it can't find the user, and the username referenced is the username for the SIP trunk.

What am I missing? It is the same error (just with the different user name) regardless of which trunk I try to call in on
 
check your destination format
what format is your upstream provider senfing you the calls? number format i mean
EDIT:-

001161xxxxxxxxx
or
+61xxxxxxxxx
or
0xxxxxxxxx

the above examples are for aussies numbers
 
Thank you for replying, there was a lot going on, including errors and omissions in Destinations as well as Inbound Routes.... I was able to get some help via a Zoom call with someone knowledgeable.
