Hello all,

I've been trying to add a DDI to my FusionPBX installation, according to the logs I'm getting this error.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Yes, try posting a more comprehensive log, all the line above does is confirm that the call is being hung up. Its the stuff above it that would allow us to see why.

Hi Daz,

What is this? 07986325912

Is that an extension ^^^^^^?

If so, that will be the problem, by default extensions are 2-7 in length.

Forgot to redact that, the phone number that belongs to the phone I'm attempting to call in with, the ip associated with it is my VoIP provider.

OK, nothing seems to be processing has it should, are you sure this is not a NAT issue and the auth challenge is being responded to?

Can you do a siptrace?

Hi,

Sorry I'm not too experienced with SIP, could you explain to me how I do a sip trace specifically or would you prefer a wireshark trace?

In the console, do a:

Code: 
sofia global siptrace on

Then try the call.

To turn it off again, just change the on to off

Hold, on, I've been reading this all wrong, but firstly there is no sip in this but that is irrelevant...

Are you sending calls from the carrier to port 5080? It doesn't look like it.

If you cannot send the calls to port 5080, you need to add the carrier IP to the domains ACL in Advanced/access controls

You take out the 164.39.47.52 from the domain column.

Leave the x.x.x.x/24 in the CIDR column
