Initial login password

Greetings - I'm needing some help/guidance on resetting my admin password. I lost my inital script provided password to log into my web gui for the first time. I've tried following the documentation provided to put my pbx in recovery mode and this does not help. I've tried to re-install, the script provides me with another password but still showing the wrong username/password. Can anyone help or point me in a direction on how to proceed. If you went through the reset process and it seemed to be successful then it sounds like a domain mismatch.
Most of the time a default install will set the domain to the primary network interface's IP address. If you are accessing the gui via a different IP or via a domain name, you would need to login with admin@<ip address>

I've even seen some installs that load 127.0.0.1 or 0.0.2 as the domain name

Thanks for the reply - I've tried that as well, logging in with admin@ domain (IP address) then with the password provided and still receive the same invalid username/password
