Issues with Caller ID with new provider

Hi:

We've been using Vitelity for years and have never had issues with Outbound caller ID when calling directly or when a call is transferred.
We are now trying a new carrier and as soon as we switched we noticed that our caller IDs were showing for a different country eg: +970 1234567 Palestinian Territories. The Carrier asked us to send 11 digits and that started working when calling directly, but now when a call is being forwarded, the caller ID is still showing incorrect. Is there any way to modify forwarding so that it will add the 1 to the caller ID of the original caller?
