Limit Concurrent Calls Per Extension

Hi all.
In Ringgroup, the 2nd and 3rd calls always pushed into the fist extension in Ringgroup, so I want config one call for one extension, I tried to adding and using mod_hiredis to limit concurrent calls per extension but it didn't work.
Does everyone has a solution? Please help me.

Sorry, I didn't find call waiting in the configuration section Extension, and section Ringgroup.
Can you guide me more clearly?

Sorry, do it on the endpoint itself I meant., ie the phone.

Thank you, I configuration successfully, but feature call waiting only available on IP phone. My client want to use this feature for overtime work.
Do you have a solution ?
