Ok so question I have is this, we have quite a few pbx's setup now and they work well, i have a few customers that are asking for reporting and wallboards so i have looked at Oak software and they say it will work as long as the system has a live cdr output, i know i can archive the cdr's etc to a database but is there a way to just pump out the live data and if so how and how do i capture it, do i have to use the ESL ?
