Logoff / skip not connected agent

Hi,
it seems that FS does not skip/logoff agents that are disconnected (for example if they have a softphone that is down). So, for example, a tiered call center queue will always try to call an agent (the first one) that simply does not exist at that moment (and the pbx know that it cannot call it), and will try to call other agents only after full timeouts. This seems quite crazy, I'd like that in that case the queue will start calling available agents, not "dead agents".

Is there any way to have this goal? I need to migrate a FreePBX queue and this is really a blocking problem. Ask every user to login/logoff every time they start/stop softphone is not a solution, they will kill me.
