Hi everyone,

I'm new to FusionPBX and just completed a fresh installation using the latest version. I’ve configured my BSNL SIP trunk (India), and outgoing calls are working perfectly. However, incoming calls are getting rejected, and I’m stuck trying to figure out why.

Here’s a quick overview of my setup:

  • FusionPBX version: Latest
  • FreeSWITCH version: Latest
  • SIP trunk provider: BSNL (India)
  • Trunk status: Registered
  • Outbound calls: Working fine
  • Inbound calls: Rejected (BSNL confirms call reaches server but gets rejected)
  • SIP ALG: Disabled on the router
  • Firewall: Ports 5060 UDP and RTP range are open

What I’ve tried:

  • Added a catch-all inbound route for testing
  • Verified trunk registration
  • Checked FreeSWITCH logs (but unsure what to look for)

I’d be really grateful if anyone could help me troubleshoot this. Please let me know what specific details you need—logs, SIP headers, trunk config, call flow, etc.—and I’ll share them right away.

Thanks so much in advance for your time and support!

I am totally new to these kind of things , it is skipping my inbound route and telling not found.

Check to make sure your IP address was not blocked by Event Guard. You can check by going to Status -> Event Guard and checking to see if your address was banned. If it was banned, you can press the UNBLOCK button to allow your IP address again.

Shows Blank , some menus are blank IDK why. is there any alternative way to check if IP was banned.

Check this next. Go to Advanced -> Access controls, make sure your public IP address for your phones are not in the providers access control list.

If the phone IP address is in that list, then remove it. Then press the RELOAD button or go to Status -> SIP STATUS and press the RELOADACL button.
