No Outgoing Call

Hy,

I have a Fusionpbx version 4.5.13 in Google Cloud behind NAT, to make external calls i use sip with other pbx in my office company, i has any extensions registred in Fusionpbx and working OK, this extensions stay behind NAT in your home workers.

But extensions that are on the same network as my PBX in the office, are unable to make outgoing calls through Fusionpbx, I verified in the logs that these calls are treated as incoming calls in Fusionpbx, this is why I added the Public IP of the ACL my office, if you remove from the ACL these extensions work outgoing calls, but the incoming calls that come from my office PBX to FusionPBX do not work.

Can someone help me to let the incoming and outgoing calls coming from my IP Public that I add in the ACL work.
