Hi All

I have a new Sip providor and i have regestered the trunk and can take inbound calls no issue.

With out bound i have changed the route so that traffic should go out over the new providor. Calls drop immediatly with busy tone.

In SNGREP the call shows as Busy
In FS_CLI is gives me this error on gateway of new providor

mod_sofia.c:4503 Invalid Gateway

Ive attached the FL_CLI while i made the call

Please can someone help - THe providor confimred today they cant even see the calls hitting there platform.

Thankyou in advance.

Andy

What are your gateway settings? Do you have user/pass or do you have register=false?

@DigitalDaz Thankyou for your help today the sip providor have come back saying the Sip header is coming through fine bu the TO should be usethegeeks.co.uk - Is there somewhere in the dialplan to change this?

"Just at a glance, the ‘From’ field on the latest call in the SIP header looks fine (44128267837@usethegeeks.co.uk) but the ‘To’ field is showing the following (447946822853@sipt-dynamic-bs09.yourwhc.co.uk), I believe it is expecting the same domain (447946822853@usethegeeks.co.uk) which is why the server is returning 404."

No - I have it in from domain but in proxy I have my providors sbc address - usethegeeks.co.uk is the account I have with the providor.

@DigitalDaz Sorry its taken me a while to update. Daisy are pretty terrible at supporting this so far. They are still awaiting trace results from BT. They did however dig out an asterisk / freepbx setup guide. I cant see if theres anything im missing here but would you be able to take a look. Thanks Andy

Asterisk trunk configurations are completely different to Freeswitch. So not really relevant other than the domain and proxy info. Freeswitch trunk configuration is usually much simpler.

If you go into Menu > Gateway > Advanced there is an "Outbound Proxy" setting. Maybe try set it to what is shown in the screenshot.
